Before you write

A few things that will get you a faster, more useful answer:

• About an order — include your order number.
• A repair or restringing — send a photo. Most of what we make can be repaired; please don't glue it first. See jewellery care.
• Returns — you have 14 days, in original condition. The returns policy has the detail.
• Asking about a specific piece — tell us which one. Because everything is handmade from natural stone, we can tell you what the actual piece in stock looks like.
