1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- The return request must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us within 2 days of receiving return confirmation.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was incorrect or defective.
5. Exchanges
- We allow exchanges for the same item in a different size or style, subject to availability.
